that owners, in order to succeed, list where others
are but also have a web site. A web site allows you
to advertise on free sites like Kijiji or Craigslist,
important to do as only your property is in front of
potential clients. Paid sites
like Ontario
Cottages let you list your web site's
unique URL plus keeps your email private,
some listing services read all of your emails before
you get them. For

We
have a standard package and two prices all else
is by custom quote. (contact
us)
Our
STANDARD Package: $449 minus
fee paid for a member listing* plus HST. Includes
3 pages: home, photos(same # as in listing) and
links and a contact form. Domain name (like yourcottageinfo.com)
plus one year hosting Custom design from your materials
on your ad. Annual costs after year one: $149 minus
25% fee paid to renew a member listing*
plus HST Current Member Sites: ontariocottages.com vacaproperty.com
* Listing
Fee Discounts are applied if fees have
been paid within 90 days prior to placing a web
site order.
Example #1: Ontario Cottages,
$99 package. Site:
$449 - $99 = $350 fee
+ HST
Web
Site Renewal with Ex1 package. Site
year two: $149 - ($99/4) = $126
fee + HST
Our
QUARTERLY package has
the same features as above except the cost is $99
plus HST per quarter, you must have a
paid up package on one of our sites and we
own the domain name, very important! We
will use the name to advertise other properties
when
you cancel your term. After cancellation, if you
wish to return, there will be a $25 set up fee
plus update charges, if needed, and we may need
to supply a new domain name if your previous one
is in use. You must list on a member
site, we apply a 13% discount (covers
HST).
ALL Web
Site Updates, after completion, are charged
at $60 per hour, 15 minute increments.
